摘要：

MGRS的提出为MGUS合并肾损害的一组疾病的诊断理清了思路。遵循IKMG的诊断共识，对存在MGUS和无法解释的肾脏疾病患者进行肾活检，有利于MGRS的诊断［27］。2020年第一版NCCN指南第一次纳入了该病的诊治流程，这对血液内科、肾内科和肾脏病理学学科的进步有非凡意义，多学科合作研究、共同管理该病，才能更好地延长MGRS患者的OS。
